Classification
Supplemental-Highly Recommended: Sport-Related Concussion Persistent/Chronic (3 months and greater post concussion)
 
Supplemental: Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and Sport-Related Concussion (SRC) Subacute (after 72 hours to 3 months)
Short Description of Instrument
The Dynamic Gait Index (DGI) is used to assess the individual's ability to walk on a level surface, change gait speed, perform head turns while walking, stepping over and around objects, pivoting during walking, and stair climbing.
Scoring
Rating from: normal, mild impairment, moderate impairment, severe impairment
